Whether you're organizing
games for the little girl's party or sleepover, or are simply trying to find
activities to keep your kids busy, hairdresser games are ideal for entertaining
young girls. There's no need to possess a specific objective or prizes (unless
otherwise desired), just provide the instructions and let the kids have some
fun.
Blindfolded Makeover
Have one child sit inside a chair and blindfold the second child. Set a little container of hair-styling supplies for example hairbrushes, combs, barrettes, headbands and ponytail holders near the blindfolded child. Stay away from objects for example hair dryers, flat/curling irons and hairsprays because these may prove dangerous for blindfolded children to deal with. Have the blindfolded child style your hair of the sitting child. Once complete, blindfold the sitting child and also have her do the second child's hair. Take plenty of photos; this game provides lots of laughter, and you'll want to capture images of all of the crazy styles.
Hair Fashion Show
A hair fashion show involves allowing girls to style each others' hair as desired. After every girl includes a new, unique style, setup an area for a "runway" and have the girls parade down and up it to show off their hairstyles. Explain the special things about each girl's style games and provide each participant an award for this. Take photos of the event and also the individual styles and give these to the girls later as a keepsake.
Doll Hairdresser
Create a trip to the dollar store and buy several dolls with trimmable hair. Give each girl among the dolls along with a supply of glitter, rounded scissors and markers to "dye" your hair with. Allow them to cut and elegance the dolls hair within their preferred 'do. When finished, have each girl constitute a story for her doll and why her locks are styled in its specific way. Allow the girls keep the dolls plus a quick written or typed copy of the story.
